Considering how far from you are from any big city, it has everything you need. The hours can be interesting though. When it gets busy people are understanding and are happy to share. The owner is also very welcoming! Will be back next summer on my 2 week vacation.

Traduzione
Excellent gym, well-equipped and clean. It's also perfect for powerlifting and streetlifting, as it has high-quality equipment and is especially well-equipped for a complete workout (calibrated weights, Powergear power rack, belt squat, pendulum squat, etc.). In addition, the owner is very friendly and professional in his field. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

What can I say! We went to the gym for two weeks because it's close to Baia Domizia, a vacation spot. The first thing that struck us was definitely the old-school atmosphere, but also Tony's warm welcome and friendliness...professional, knowledgeable, and a great advisor in his passion. The environment is simple and clean. Definitely worth a try 💯 Thank you and see you soon ❤️ -Isabel and Francesco
